Select from the chef’s ever changing selection of terrines. Choose salmon, sturgeon or mixed seafood. Terrines are served in slices with fresh bread or crackers, capers and lemon

Smoked /Cured Fish Platter
An assortment of smoked and cured fish, including, but not limited to: gravlax, salmon, trout or whitefish, served with chopped egg whites and yolks, creme fraiche, diced red onions, thin cucumber slices and lemon wedges served with fresh bread or bagels

Assorted Tea Sandwiches
Traditional tea sandwiches like cucumber, smoked salmon and egg salad or a Caribbean twist on tea time with sandwiches like curried cream cheese, chipotle crab or peppered portabella mushroom

Hummus
